Founded in 2024, Seoul Rise Entertainment (SRE) is is a pioneering, independent, woman-owned music label and production house based in Atlanta, GA, with a mission to redefine industry standards by prioritizing fair pay, ethical treatment, and creative empowerment for artists and staff. Bridging Western and global music markets, particularly the East Asian entertainment industry, Seoul Rise Entertainment is positioned to cultivate cross-cultural collaboration, innovation, and inclusivity in music!

Meet the Team
Rhianna Langwell
CEO and Founder
Rhianna Langwell is a passionate and effective entrepreneur, leader, and content creator, dedicated to bridging different worlds and connecting people through art, music, and creative work. Originally from the suburbs of Tulsa, OK, Rhianna worked in the e-sports/gaming world for a number of years before expanding into Korean music entertainment not only as a fan with deep respect for the work, but as an innovator and dreamer.
With her vision, leadership, and passion for positive impact, Rhianna leads Seoul Rise Entertainment into the ever-changing arts and entertainment industry with hope, clarity, and kindness.
Ray Lynch
Chief Operations Officer
Born and raised in Harlem, NY, Ray has worked in the music industry for over 27 years. Ray’s drive and passion for music and creative work has led him to manage artists, producers, and songwriters.
Ray is also President of Tha Connect Management, a music management company that manages artists and producers. Previously, Ray has worked with Larry “Precision” Gates, Reginald “Syience” Perry, and managed songwriter Carmen Key and production team, The Kompetition, who produced the “Glitter” EP for 070 Shake (Def Jam).
SOOJUNG
Creative Director
Soojung is a diasporic Korean creative director, singer-songwriter, and interdisciplinary artist with a passion for worldbuilding, music, and storytelling. They have worked in music, theatre, and film for over ten years, and deeply believe in the power of collaboration and community.
Soojung’s work explores the dreamscape of inherited sorrows, personal and familial folklores, and hope. In their spare time, they love reading historical novels, sharing soup with their friends, and spending time with their two cats.
